How can you make sure you get a ticket for the date and time you want?
It is important to know how tickets are sold in order to secure a ticket for the desired date and time.
Tickets are sold on a week-by-week basis. For example, if I open the website today, which is a Wednesday, and try to purchase a ticket, I will find tickets available from today until next Wednesday, and so on.
There are some areas with limited availability, such as the Attic and the Underground, for which tickets go on sale one month in advance. For example, if I visit the website today, Wednesday, April 2, I will be able to see ticket availability from today until May 2. Tickets for the latter are more difficult to find, while it is fairly easy to find tickets for the Arena or the standard tour.
Are there any discounts available?
EU citizens aged 8 to 25 are entitled to a discount, while all under-18s are entitled to free admission, as are disabled people and their accompanying persons.
