Fill Out the Booking Form

Please provide:

  • Tour: select the guided tour you want
  • Date: your preferred day
  • Number of participants
  • Personal details: full name, email, and any special requests

Tip: Double-check your email so we can send confirmations and payment links without delays!

2.

Get Your Availability Confirmation

We’ll review your request and respond within 24 hours to confirm availability. Once confirmed, we’ll provide all the details you need for your tour.

3.

Deposit Policy

For tours that require entrance tickets, a deposit may be required.
The need for a deposit is indicated in each tour’s description.

  • Deposits are refundable only if the entrance tickets have not yet been purchased.
  • Tours without a deposit can be canceled up to 48 hours before without any charge.

4.

Payments

  • Deposits (if required) are paid securely via Stripe. You’ll receive a payment link by email after your booking is confirmed.
  • After the deposit is paid, you will receive a final confirmation email with all the details of your tour.
  • The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour, either in cash or online.

Tip: Paying in advance online is quicker and lets you skip lines where possible.

5.

Final Confirmation

After we receive your deposit (if applicable), you’ll get a final confirmation email including:

  • Meeting point and time
  • Tips on what to bring
  • Contact info for any questions
